Quoting
Import Han’s LaserNest reports, apply your own rates, save quotation revisions and create a one-page customer PDF.
Ovrendi ERP / Run the operation
Built around the work of manufacturing shops, CNC job shops and metal fabricators: estimate a batch, schedule the machines, give operators clear instructions and review the costs. Start with the live tools and the quoting pilot; expand as your workflow and the product develop.

The focus
Import Han’s LaserNest reports, apply your own rates, save quotation revisions and create a one-page customer PDF.
Schedule work across machines and compare quoted costs with actual labor and material costs.
Give operators job instructions, dimension checks and sign-offs in a digital work order.
Material and remnant inventory, maintenance tracking and outside-service modules are planned. They are not yet complete.
Who it is for
Manage changing priorities, repeat parts and customer-specific instructions. Keep the job number and drawing revision clear as work moves between machines.
Bring Han’s LaserNest exports into the quoting pilot. Apply your material, machine, gas and electricity rates, then review a customer-facing PDF before issuing it.
Replace disconnected handoffs one process at a time. Start with a production board, costing or digital travelers instead of assuming every workflow must change at once.
How it fits
Capture the part, quantity, material and revision. The quoting pilot supports staff-imported Han’s reports; it does not automatically price arbitrary customer drawings.
Use the production board to organize work across machines and digital travelers to communicate instructions, checks and sign-offs.
Compare quoted costs with recorded labor and material costs. Decide what to adjust for the next job based on the records your team maintains.
Those integrations and replacements are not included in the current live tools. Keep your existing accounting and CAD/CAM workflows, and discuss any required connection before choosing a rollout.
Material and remnant inventory, maintenance, customer portal, certificates and outside-service modules remain in development. Production, job costing and digital travelers are live; laser quoting is a pilot.
Use a representative job with known quantities and costs. Check the workflow with an estimator and operator, and compare the output with your existing process before relying on it for customer work.
